Why Omega-3 Awareness?

Omega-3 (EPA & DHA) is much more than cardiovascular health and definitely not just a fish oil that does no harm taking it ….

A sufficient DHA & EPA supply in our diet enabled the development of Homo sapiens in the first place. A continued deficiency will eliminate humanity in the long run if we do not start to understand it ́s importance for our species before it ́s too late.

With Omega 3 Awareness, we want to create a Living Portal where health professionals and all the rest of us can meet, learn and exchange their experiences.

By increasing the awareness of omega-3 (DHA & EPA) in our diet we may contribute in a positive way to further human evolution.
